By using ApexLog you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are intentionally short.

Acceptance

Using the service means you accept these terms and any future updates. We will notify users by email of material changes.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Your data

You retain ownership of all telemetry and session data you upload. You grant ApexLog a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service. We do not claim any rights to your data beyond what is necessary to operate ApexLog.

Service scope and liability

ApexLog is provided as-is for track-day logbook purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uptime. ApexLog is not liable for data loss, missed sessions, or decisions made based on data shown in the app. Use your own judgement on track.

Support

We aim to respond to all support requests within 2 business days. Reach us at [email protected]. This is a solo-operated project; we appreciate your patience during high-volume periods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Poland. If you are a consumer in another EU member state you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
